Elliot Abel

Co-Founder of IRVA Development, Elliot Abel has personally transacted over $50 million in volume at affiliate company Investment Realty Advisors and has negotiated well over 200 commercial leases in the past 7 years.  As well as brokerage experience, Elliot specializes in developing internal systems, contracting land entitlement, and underwriting value-add acquisitions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the MRED program at The Eccles School of Business. Elliot Abel has shown remarkable versatility, drive and energy during his seven years of real estate experience. He shows broad understanding of high-level business principles and practices. Elliots trained team of Commercial Agents has transacted on over $41 million in volume since 2019.
