How do i pay rent?

Rent can be paid by mailing or dropping off a check or money order to The UPS store 869 E 4500 S PMB#224  SLC, UT 84107.  Please make sure your payment clearly states your name and property address. 

 

Online payments are also an option.

How much is the security deposit?

A security deposit is protection for the owner against any property damage caused by the resident during occupancy.  We hold your deposit until you move out, removing any resident caused damages.  The refundable security deposit will be mailed to the last known address within 30 days of move out.

What if I pay rent late?

We are happy to waive one late fee, we understand that things happen.  Late fee and past due date are listed in your lease agreement.  Reach out to Tenant Relations with any question.

Are pets allowed?

We love all our furry and non-furry friends! But only some properties are pet-friendly. Please check the listing or ask to be sure that the property you are interested in is pet-friendly.

How long is a lease?

We offer 12 month/1-year leases.

Other options are sometimes available upon request.

Is the space furnished?

Some of our listings are fully furnished, some are a blank canvas ready for you to input your personality. Check the listing or ask the listing agent for more information.

I want to move before my contract ends?

We want you to be happy. Please come talk to us about your situation so we can find the best possible solution for you and our landlords.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $25.00 application fee for all applicants 18 years and older.  ALL adults must fill out an application and sign the lease.  We will be running a credit and background check.

What is The Renter Benefits Package?

Our Benefits Package is designed to protect you and provide valuable services. Some of these services include improving your credit score, delivering air filters, and liability waivers.

How do you manage maintenance requests?

For issues of plumbing, appliances, or heating and cooling please fill out a maintenance request through the tenant portal immediately. 

We will dispatch a professional to fix the problem as soon as we can keeping in mind there are other, maybe more pressing, requests, too.

Are utilities included?

Depending on the space, utilities are included in the rent price, but not always. If you are unsure, please check the listing or ask the listing agent for more information.
